EnLedger is proud to announce that John Dean Markunas has joined the EnLedger Team as official advisor, helping us evaluate business and development plans including real estate and investment / lending opportunities and proposals. John has deep experience in real estate and land titling, including property leasing and land management with government regulatory agencies, on an international basis. John recently published a great expository piece on the land-titling and societal growth in Brazil, examining "slab rights" and community services in the Brazilian "favelas", in his piece A View From Above: A Brief Summary of Brazil’s New Law on Land Regularization & Property Rights (...and how Blockchain fits in) John has attended many seminars and conferences and spoken extensively on the topics of land titling and real-estate asset tokenization and securitization, with regards to the blockchain technology revolution. John works with The Foundation of Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise (FIBREE) and he leads the Government Blockchain Association (GBA) Land-Titling Working Group.
